Welcome to the Bouillon Racine, famous "soup" (ancestor of Parisian brasseries) Art Nouveau created in 1906 by the brothers Chartier entreQuartier Latin, Odeon and St. Michel.

Now historical monument, the Bouillon Racine perpetuates the unique atmosphere of Paris of the 1900s in a beautiful setting made of fretted woodwork, beveled mirrors, opaline and glass noodles.
